Nigar Mili qualified as a solicitor of England & Wales in 2010. Preceding this, she was a qualified lawyer in Bangladesh. She has worked in different areas of law including family, landlord and tenant, and property which have given her a broad knowledge of the laws and procedures in these areas.
She has substantial experience of all aspects of residential sales and purchases including Right-to-Buys, leases, new builds, re-mortgages and transfers of equity. On the commercial property side of the work, she has experience of grant of new lease, assignment of lease and licences.
Within the Property department, she is a member of the pre-exchange team which specialises in new build properties.
She listens carefully to her clients’ needs and concerns, and she advises them on the most efficient means of addressing those needs and concerns, and how to achieve the best results. She takes pride in her ability to create solutions for her clients and work with others to achieve the desired outcome. She communicates with foreign clients efficiently and deals with their matters successfully.
Nigar enjoys gardening, watching drama serials, spending time with friends and family as well as helping others.
